About these terms

These terms are between you and Wildware Studios, the maker of Mega Merge. They cover the game and this website. By playing the game or using the site, you agree to them.

You also agree to the terms of the store you got the game from. On iPhone and iPad that is Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement; on Steam it is the Steam Subscriber Agreement; on Android it is the Google Play Terms of Service. If one of those and these terms disagree, the store's terms win.

Your licence to play

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to play Mega Merge on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. You may stream and record the game and share those videos and pictures, including on monetised channels. Please do not:

• copy, sell, rent or redistribute the game or its art, music or sounds;
• decompile or modify the game, except where the law allows you to;
• cheat, use exploits or alter your save to post scores on the leaderboards.

The game, its name, art and code belong to Wildware Studios.

Seeds, packs and other in-game items

On iPhone, iPad and Android, you can buy Seeds (the game's currency), bundles, Seed Packs, season passes and XP boosts. Some of these can also be earned by playing.

• In-game items are a licence to use content in the game. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for real money, and cannot be sold or moved to another person or game.
• Seed Packs give a random selection of cards. The game shows what a pack can hold before you open it, under "See the odds".
• Purchases are made through Apple or Google, who take the payment. Refunds are handled by them under their own rules. On iPhone and iPad, ask Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
• Items that last (such as the starter bundle and season passes) can be brought back on a new device with Restore Purchases in the Seed Shop.
• Once used, consumable items such as Seeds and XP boosts are gone. If something you paid for did not arrive, email us and we will put it right.

The Steam version sells nothing inside the game.

Leaderboards and fair play

Leaderboards are run by Steam and Game Center. We may remove scores that look impossible or that come from a changed save, and we may reset a leaderboard if a bug spoils it.

Changes to the game

We keep improving Mega Merge, so cards, balance and features will change over time. We will not take away something you paid for that lasts (like a season pass you bought) without a fair replacement or refund, unless the law requires it. If we ever stop supporting the game, items you have already got will keep working in the version on your device.

Our responsibility to you

We make the game with care, but it is provided as it is, and we cannot promise it will always run without bugs or interruptions. If you live in the UK or the EU, you have legal rights when digital content is faulty, and nothing in these terms limits them.

We are not responsible for losses we could not reasonably have expected, or for problems caused by Steam, Apple, Google or your own device. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.

This website

You can browse and share this website freely. Please do not copy its art or code for your own projects. How we handle information is set out in our Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, for example when the game gains new features. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If a change matters to you, we will say so in the game's update notes.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK or in the EU, you keep the protection of your local consumer law and can bring a claim in your local courts.
